Retrieve and manage all your Expedia Group traveler messages directly in Channel Manager.

We are excited to announce a new capability in Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager that allows you to streamline your Expedia Group traveler communications directly in the Channel Manager, saving time and resources spent on managing conversations with your guests and allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional guest experience.

What's new?

You will no longer need to log into Expedia Partner Central to manually manage traveler messages. With the new messaging capability, you can retrieve and manage all your guest communications in the Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager.

Specifically, you can:

  • Retrieve a full conversation history for a specific property by using a property’s Expedia ID.
  • Retrieve a conversation for a specific booking using its message thread ID available via Reservation Retrieval GQL.
  • Retrieve a specific message or message thread by its unique ID.
  • Add a message to a message thread, including an attachment.
  • Improve responsiveness and deliver better guest experienced with real-time notifications for the traveler messages prior, during and after their stay.*

* Messages become inactive and cannot be replied to three years after the message thread's creation date or one year after the reservation checkout date.
