Issues have been occurring since 19.25 on 23 Apr 2019 until it was resolved by 10:30 on 24 Apr 2019.
We are advising all customers to manually check and update the Ctrip extra-net if there are any urgent changes to Rates, Availability and Restrictions that has to be made. Note that outstanding updates will be processed once we verify that the connection is fully restored.
Also make sure you manually check any reservations coming in from Ctrip during this period. Please keep in mind that the Channel Manager may not be reducing inventory for these reservations, so you will need to make sure that inventory in Channel Manager is updated (or in your integrated PMS or CRS if applicable), this will avoid the risk of overselling on other channels.
- Click Channels => Click Settings => Click Retrieve room rate from Ctrip ( Get “ Green Message “ if get “ Red Message “ please contact to Hotliers.guru Support ). => Click Setting => Click status from Disable to Enable.
Ctrip currently are experiencing performance issues affecting Rates, Availability, Restrictions and Reservations - 2019-04-23
ทางบริษัทขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ทางระบบของ Ctrip Error ช่วงวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2562 เวลา 19.25 น. - วันที่ 24 เมษายน 2562 เวลา 10.30 น. ซึ่งขณะนี้ระบบของ Ctrip ได้กลับมาทำงานเป็นปกติแล้ว แต่อย่างไรก็ตามช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ทาง Ctrip จะไม่ส่งบุคกิ้ง เข้ามาในระบบ Channel manager รบกวนให้ทางโรงแรมตรวจสอบ allotment, ราคา ,บุคกิ้งจากหลังบ้านของ Ctrip และปรับอลอทให้ตรงกับ Channel Manager ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวด้วยค่ะ 
กด Channels => กด Settings => กด Retrieve room rate from Ctrip ( แสดงข้อความสีเขียว ปรากฎขึ้นมา ถ้ามีข้อความสีแดงให้ติดต่อกลับมายังทีม Hotliers.guru Support ). => กด Setting => เปลี่ยน สเตตัสจาก Disable เป็น Enable
